The Pulpwood Queen Recaps Books Alive 2011 with Special Guest, Deeanne Gist!

Dear Readers,
Here is the recap of photos from our 6th annual Books Alive fundraiser for The First United Methodist Church of Jefferson, Texas. Our Special Guest was author, Deeanne Gist who after our fine Victorian dinner prepared by our Pastor, Allison Byerley and the good ladies of the church, presented her program, BOTTOMS UP: The Art of Dressing a Victorian Woman.
A very special thanks to all the women who made this event possible and The House of Seasons Tour Home and Bed and Breakfast for providing the incredible lodging for our guest, Deeanne Gist!
Enjoy the photos everyone and we'll be back next year with another wonderful way to promote Christian literature and help our churches mission and outreach programs! And last a big thanks to all who came and supported this event in my hometown of historic Jefferson, Texas!
Tiara wearing and Book sharing,
Kathy L. Patrick
